There will a Registered Apprenticeship Roundtable Discussion for Construction Employers on March 6, 2019. The discussion will surround the services provided by The City of Alexandria Workforce Development Center, the Virginia Employment Commission and the Virginia Department of Labor and Industry’s Division of Registered Apprenticeship.

Topics to be discussed:

· Providing access to a Talent Pool and how they can be trained by you through Registered Apprenticeship

· How your company can become a Registered Apprenticeship Sponsor

· Funding Opportunities for training employees coming from the VEC and the City of Alexandria Workforce Center
