Four Year Colleges and Universities
The Department of Labor and Industry (DOLI) is the State Apprenticeship Agency designated to administer the Registered Apprenticeship Program. DOLI also relies on many different Related Technical Instruction (RTI) providers to meet the needs of the employer and their apprentices. Four year universities and colleges can be a significant source of theoretical instruction that helps to make apprenticeship programs comprehensive.
